Unlike other animals, our food is not a natural choice. It is not entirely a personal choice either since it is dictated by the religion, region or family we belong to. Of course what we consume within that food group is to satisfy our taste buds or to obtain any preconceived health benefits. This flexibility that we all have as to what we put on our plates is useful.
